Based on the latest weather reports, LPSS schools will remain open and follow regular dismissal times. After-school care will remain open. Schools will communicate to parents regarding extracurricular activities.
Please expect delays in buses. Any effort to dismiss early at this point could potentially put our bus routes on the roads during severe weather conditions. In the event that we need to delay any bus routes, parents will be notified.
As always, if you have concerns regarding your situation and the weather, you may choose to check your student out of school. Your child will receive an excused absence.
