Admission Process

STEP 1: GATHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Enrollment opens in January prior to the start of each school year and remains open until the end of the school year.

You will need an electronic version of any document you want to upload.

TO OBTAIN AN ELECTRONIC VERSION

The electronic file must be in one of these file formats: (pdf) (jpg) (jpeg) (png)
The file name cannot contain any special characters: accents, tildes, symbols, etc. (examples: è, é, ñ, &, *, #)

There are 4 ways to get an electronic version:

1: Ask the document provider to email an electronic version of the document to you. Save the emailed document to your computer.

2: Save an existing word processed document or spreadsheet as a PDF file.

3: Take a clear photograph of the document and save the photograph to your phone or computer.

4: Have the paper document scanned as an electronic file.

You can use your home printer if it has a scan option.
You can use a free mobile app such as: Adobe Scan or Google Drive Scanner
Take it to any store or library that offers scanning services. Bring a portable flash drive to save the electronic file on or email the scanned document to yourself.

Round 1	January - March 31	Placement begins in April.
Round 2	April 1 - April 30	Placement begins in May with remaining seats.
Round 3	May 1 - May 31	Placement begins in June with remaining seats.
ongoing	June 1 - End of School Year	Placement continues throughout the school year with available seats.
