ID/PLANNER FEES (will be collected during ORIENTATION)  

ID Fees   $6.00 Fees cover the cost of the student ID;  Planner Fees $4.00 Fees cover the cost of the student Agenda.

GRADE LEVEL FEES (will be collected during ORIENTATION)

A.      Middle School Grade Level Fee 6th – 8th Grade – $10.00  Middle school will have activities throughout the school year, including a field day during the last week of school.  Fees will also cover the cost for end of year awards for students. 

 B.    High School Grade Level Fees

  • Freshman – $25.00 The freshman class will sponsor a Winter Dance and Spring Lock-in.   Fees will also cover the cost for end of year awards for students.  Any monies remaining at the end of the year will follow the class to the next grade level.
  • Sophomore – $25.00 The sophomore class will sponsor a Homecoming Dance and possibly other events to be determined at a later date.  Fees will also cover the cost for end of year awards for students.  Any monies remaining at the end of the year will follow the class to the next grade level.
  • Junior – $50.00 The junior class will sponsor a Ring Ceremony and Junior-Senior Prom.  Fees will also cover the cost for end of year awards for students.  Any monies remaining at the end of the year will follow the class to the next grade level.
  • Senior – $75.00 The senior class will sponsor a Junior/Senior Prom, Graduate Honors Program, and Graduation Ceremony and Reception.  Fees will also cover the cost for end of year awards for students. The class of 2018 will determine an appropriate school gift to be purchased with any remaining funds.

**Attendance of grade level sponsored events is contingent upon ALL fees paid each year.  **

COURSE FEES (Course Fees will NOT be collected at orientation)  All course fees are to be paid to the students’ specific class teacher beginning the first day of school.

A.    Middle School - ELA and Social Studies – $3.00 – consumable materials.  Students will pay this amount for each class they are enrolled to their designated teachers; Math – $10.00 ($3.00 class fee and $7.00 consumable workbooks and materials); ALL Science classes – $10.00 ($3.00 class fee and $7.00 consumable and laboratory materials and supplies); Exploration elective class fees will vary.  The fee will be set by the specific teacher depending on the materials and supplies needed for the particular class.

B.    High School  (Program elective fees and students that are attending ULL, SLCC or Career Center will get specific course fees, supplies, and required materials from the individual teachers)

  • Science – $15.00 consumable materials (excluding PLTW science classes);
  • Math – $15.00 consumable workbooks and materials, batteries for calculators;
  •  ELA – $5.00 consumable materials;
  • Social Studies – $5.00 consumable materials, except US History - $20.00 for the purchase of a consumable EOC workbook;  
  • Art – $20.00 consumable materials
  • PLTW Science Pathway classes - HBS $20.00 consumable materials, MI $30.00 consumable materials, BI $20.00 consumable materials
  • Dietetics Pathway Classes - Food Nutrition/Advanced Food Nutrition $50.00 consumable materials; Family Consumer Science 1 $20; Food Science $25
  • Business Classes - IBCA $10.00 consumable materials; BCA $10.00 consumable materials; Principles of Business $5.00 consumable materials
  • PLTW Engineering Pathway classes - IED $30.00 consumable materials, equipment replacement and repair, and other classroom necessities; POE $40.00 consumable materials, equipment replacement and repair, and other classroom necessities; CIM $40.00 consumable materials, equipment replacement and repair, and other classroom necessities;
  •  Advanced Placement  - If your child is taking an AP class and qualifies to test for college credit, an additional fee of $92.00 will be required to pay for the cost of the AP exam.
  •  Physical Education - P.E. shirts and shorts are required for all physical education classes.  Uniforms can be purchased during P.E. class from the coaches.  The fee for the P.E. uniform is $13. 

BREAKFAST AND LUNCH COSTS  At this time, the cost for breakfast and lunch (both reduced and full pay) will remain the same.  Students are not allowed to charge their meals.  They can pay by check, cash, or online (www.myschoolbucks.com).  Please have your child keep their 2016-2017 student identification card to wear to school at the start of the 2017-2018 school year.  We anticipate new identification cards will be issued within the first two (2) weeks of school
