We are pleased to announce the 2024-2025 OCHS Student of the Year - Ms. Taylor W.!

Taylor is a member of the Track and Field team, PAA Dance, NJROTC, Beta Club, Yearbook/Photography Club and National Honor Society. She is a TOPS University student enrolled in Honors and AP courses and earned Principal’s List for the 1st 9 Weeks. She has received multiple certifications including Microsoft Office and ServSafe, and earned AP Credit in several classes. Taylor has been a member of DECA, Key Club, African Heritage Club, and the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. At 17 years old, she enlisted in the Louisiana Army National Guard as a soldier in the 256 Brigade. She has completed countless hours of community service and even runs a baking business where she makes sweet dough pies and other treats! Her future plans are to attend law school to become a lawyer and continue her military journey.

Congratulations to Taylor on this tremendous achievement as well as our other nominees for Comeaux High School Student of the Year! Please help us in celebrating the many accomplishments of these spectacular Spartans:
