MEMS Before School Care Information

Milton will be offering before care again this school year beginning at 6:25 a.m. Please complete the Google Form application, and sign the policy parent agreement letter linked below. You will need to send a copy of the parent agreement signed to Mrs. Falgout via email at nlfalgout@lpssonline.com or send with your child on their first day of before care.

As of now we will have 45 spots available. The first 45 students signed up will be guaranteed a spot and will be notified. You will also be notified if you are on the waiting list. If you have any questions please contact Nicole Falgout at nlfalgout@lpssonline.com

YMCA After School Enrichment

After School Enrichment enrollment has begun! If you would like to enroll for the 2022-2023 school year, please contact the YMCA at (337) 993-9622 for information about registraction.  All registration fees are due at the time of signup. 

You can make your payment online at www.myprocare.com.

The following is a list of prices for the program. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Registration Fee: $75.00 (one child)
                              $55.00 (each additional child)

Weekly Fee:    $43.00 (one child)
                         $32.00 (each additional child)

*Weekly fee is for a camper attending 3 or more days per week.

Daily Rate:    $10.00 (for one day a week per child)
                      $20.00 (for two days a week per child)
