Charles Burke Elementary’s School Counseling Program

Mission Statement: 

The mission of the Charles Burke’s School Counseling Program is to assist each and every single one of our unique students equitable access to a comprehensive school counseling program that is supported and created through data. The program will aim to develop every student in their individual growth to become productive citizens and responsible, lifelong learners through their academic development, personal and social growth and career exploration. Our school counselors will consistently advocate for student success and collaborate with students, our staff, the families of our students, and other stakeholders to continue to learn and grow in ways to reach and support our global community.

Vision Statement:

The vision of Charles Burke Elementary’s comprehensive school counseling program aims to make our students life-long learners with positive attitudes who are supported to possess excellence, commitment to working hard, resilience, empathy, and respect for all. Students will be equipped with the information and tools to provide enrichment to their community, country, and world around them. These tools are achieved by developing and enhancing every student’s academic success: college, career and life-readiness along with social/emotional development.
