LPSS Begins Hiring for 2020-2021 Academic Year

The Lafayette Parish School System is actively seeking qualified professionals to join our team of dedicated educators and to lead our students to success. Applications are now open for the 2020-2021 school year and include teacher and paraeducator positions. The Human Resources Department will post positions daily as they become available, so we encourage you to continue to check our website for updates.

During the Covid-19 campus closures, principals will conduct virtual interviews via a video conference platform and staff will communicate with applicants electronically. Those interested in applying for a position should visit the LPSS website www.lpssonline.com/Jobs to view the positions that are currently open and apply for positions they are qualified to fill. Questions regarding a specific position should be emailed directly to the principal of the school in which the position is located. The principal of each school and their contact information can be found on the website by visiting www.lpssonline.com/Contact , selecting the School Contact Directory link and viewing the second page of the PDF for email addresses.
