New School Volunteer Policy and Procedures

On October 3, 2018, the Lafayette Parish School Board approved a revision of Policy IFCD School Volunteers. Also, a Volunteer Agreement Form, Volunteer Application Form, Administrative Regulations, and Frequently Asked Questions were posted for public review and are now found on our website at https://www.lpssonline.com/volunteers . The system is now undertaking steps to implement these new processes and procedures. Once processes have been refined you will be notified by your principal on the steps required to volunteer in the schools.

We recognize the safety of your child as our highest priority and we appreciate your support in the implementation of these steps to ensure their safety. Also, thank you for the time you spend in the schools volunteering. Together we will provide your children with a great foundation for a successful adult life.
