Workers' Compensation Benefits

The Lafayette Parish School System operates a self-funded workers' compensation (WC) plan administered by Employers' Risk Management Services (ERMS).  ERMS handles the processing and monitoring of all WC claims.

For supervisors and their designees who must report a WC claim, please review the procedures for reporting a work-related injury or illness.    If an injured worker needs to see a physician, you may provide him or her an Authorization to Treat form.
