Troubleshoot an Issue



Q. My video does not play…

A. First allow adequate time for the video to load if working from home. If this does not work within a few minutes, exit the activity and sign out of the coursewhere. From the student sign-in page, click “Check Plugins.” Download any plugins that are listed as “not found.” Be certain that you are running the most recent version of JAVA , Shockwave and Flash . Restart your computer. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the eCampus lab or your Online Coach.

 

Q. I cannot move on to the next lesson…

A. If you cannot advance to the next lesson you may have failed a test/quiz and need a review or retake. Contact your Online Coach immediately for assistance.

 

Q. Certain questions do not display on my quiz or topic test…

A. Try clicking refresh. If this does not work, alert your teacher, exit the assessment and sign out of the courseware. From the student sign-in page, click “Check Plugins.” Download any plugins that are listed as “not found.”  Be certain that you are running the most recent version of JAVA , Shockwave and Flash .  Restart your computer.  If you continue to experience issues, please contact the eCampus lab or our Online Coach.
