Employees who enroll in the district's High Deductible Health Plan may also enroll in a Health Savings Account through payroll deduction. We also offer a flexible spending plan for out-of-pocket health care expenses and dependent child care expenses, a benefit administered by First Financial Group of America.
Employees of the school system receive a term life insurance policy with UNUM in the amount of $10,000 for FREE. They may purchase additional coverage up to a maximum of $50,000 in addition to the basic amount.

The employee's share of the cost for all of the benefits mentioned above are deducted monthly from the employee's paycheck.
